    Hiiiii Jennifer :D
I just love what you do for us. Speaking for myself, I can really see that you know what you're talking about and how to teach us your knowledge about health and fitness.
Well, I am 19 years old now but when I turned 17, I decided to go on a diet that helped to loose about 40lbs. It took me about 8 or 9 months to do it, it was in a very healthy way, loosing every pound very slowly.
The bad thing about this is that my body didn't turned out as I wanted :(

I wanted (and I still do) that perfect fit and thin body, and I got flacid stomach and hips and cellullite on my but. It really takes my self-estime down :(

But then, Made Fit Tv shows up :D and Jenny's happy face , quick and healthy recipes and fantastic exercises gave strength and entusiasm!

I will begin the new year with the goal of sculping my body knowing it will take time to look as good as I want but also knowing that I will be doing it in the healthiest way possible! I won't sit down and dream with an irrealistic body, that doesn't belong to me! I am going to face what I have, work what I have out and I know You will help me to conquer my goal and improve my self-estime Jenny, because you already taugth me that "Fit bodies don't just happen , They're made"

    :D Thank you!

P.S.: I'm portuguese.. If my english doesn't look so good, you already know why
  • Thank you so much for your inspiring comment, Adriana. I wish you all the best and feel honored that I can be part of your health and fitness journey! Keep it up - you WILL get the optimum body that yours made to be and that will belong to you!

You help with keeping resolutions, with your ideas for exercise and foods. just when we need a little motivation. you have a way of giving us the motivation we need. You make it very evident that fit bodies are not something that is done overnight, but are made with commitment. and if we fall off of the wagon, not to hate ourselves and just keep making small lifestyle changes which will result in a fit body. Thank you so much for you help, I enjoy your videos and look forward to them on wednesday mornings. Merry christmas and a happy healthy New Year.

i just recovered from three fractured neck bones and madefittv kept me strong and taught me how to cook/bake :) i never knew how to cook/bake before in my life. i learned alot. and my six/eight pack will be out and showing in no time. thanks alot jennifer.
  • I hope you're feeling better and all recovered! You're going to have a great 2010, so keep up the awesome work!
  • I watch made fit tv every time it comes out :D have it on youtube and just in case youtube is down i have it on itunes as well ;)
my new year resolution goals are to 1. quit smoking .. i have been smoking for years now and i really want to stop and it actually ties in with my second resolution .. which is to get fit. im currently 225lbs and i am not happy with that since i used to be super super sports oriented until the end of high school and then once i started dating my focus went out the window :S but i have been so frustrated with myself about this and am ready to just shed my poundage. when one quits smoking it is regular for them to put on an extra 20lbs due to the fact they are substituting smoking with eating since their mouth and hands are wanting to be busy and withdraws happen. so once i start working out lightly before i quit then my body will have warmed up into the routine and it will be easier for my body to handle the withdraws when i quit since i will be keeping busy with exercise rather than binging.
*the way that made fit tv will help me with my resolutions is with the awesome tutorials on the different types of exercises from beginner status to more advanced status and with the awesome healthy recipes i can use for when my body is wanting a treat :D rather than reaching for a cookie i will reach for a lovely granola bar! also the motivation of the slogan will be a mantra while i am at the ymca.
so 2010 will be an awesome year hopefully and jennies vids and tutorials will be used at the gym all the time :D
going from 225lbs to 135-145lbs (which is what i am supposed to weigh for my height and age) will be happening just wait and see :D
    cheers everyone and happy holidays
and a huge thanks to jennie for her awesome work on all of the vids
    keep it up bella :D

Made Fit (Jenny!) has already helped me conquer my New Year's resolution. I'm so excited this year because I don't have my typical goal of "I'm going to lose 20 lbs this month!!" and by January 5th I give up. By watching Made Fit and learning all of Jenny's awesome tips and workouts I've already lost 25 lbs this year. I've learned that small changes add up to a lifestyle that is very easy to maintain. Its not "I need to crash diet to lose weight!!" but it is "Try this workout. Add protein to your meal. Push yourself a little harder today." And Jenny makes me smile and laugh through my workouts!! Its so fun I almost forget I'm sweating and shaking!! (Almost.) I've loved the podcast ever since it was Brides Made Fit... and I wasn't even a bride! But I would take my ipod to the gym and do the workout with my sister - she's stopped going to the gym since then but always notices what great shape I'm in. I just think to myself - "you should have kept with it and you could be in shape, too." So while she sets her New Year's resolution - "Lose 20 lbs!" I'll already know - stick with it and stay consistent. Resolution conquered!
  • Hi Rachel! I just emailed you!

    Hi Jenny!

I am new to your website and videos. & to be honest, I have learnt ALOT watching your videos. It's awesome! I have learnt how to eat healthily by learning new recipes, learning simple exercises that I can do while watching television. & in fact I have alot more to learn! I cannot wait to watch them all.

These interesting facts are definitely going to help me attain my resolution, Jenny. It will be a brand new year as I will be entering the University. It's going to be a great step in my life & I cannot wait to build up my image and my confidence.

    Priyaa.
  • THANK YOU!! I am so happy to see you all setting goals and living to be the best "you" that you can be : ) I hope I can continue to provide you with the education, motivation, and advice you need to get you there. XO

How won't MadeFitTV help? :) My New Years Resolution isn't necessarily related to weight loss, but it definitely will include learning to love my body - the way it looks now, and the way Jenny has taught me I can make it look with dediction and her motivation. This site reminds me every week that little things count and I can't give up and quit. And more importantly for me, Jenny has helped me remember to not be so hard on myself while working to improve who I am. Thank you (both) so much for all that you do!!

Madefittv helps me in many ways. After struggling with being overweight most of my life, I had weight loss surgery about 8 months ago. Jenny's exercise and food tips are a perfect companion to my weight loss goal of 100 pounds (20 to go!). I believe that no matter what your situation is, her advice and tips will make you a healthier person. Looking at the Madefittv video archives, there is bound to be some topic to help you!

How MadeFitTV is going to help me conquer my New Year’s resolution goal:

I am very passionate about good health and fitness, so much so that I teach Free toning & strengthening classes for women twice per week. Even with a recent job loss, I still can not take money for my classes. It is my ministry and I LOVE it!!! My New Year’s resolution goal is to continue to draw more women to this class and teach them to rethink their lifestyle choices. I not only teach the exercises but I also distribute articles that I find on healthy eating and health in general. I recently discovered your program and have already incorporated some of your exercises into my class. I have also forwarded your videos to my students (and others). MadeFitTV is going to help me conquer this never ending goal of teaching others about health and fitness as I continue to learn from you. Thank you so much for being there for all of us!
  • Thank you so much for watching and for supporting Made Fit TV! People like you are the ones who keep the message alive with your passion for living a healthy and fit life. I am so happy and honored that you find my videos and site a help for people around you and for your students - that's the biggest compliment I could ever get! Have a great New Year!

Thats an interesting question. For me my fitness "goal" is really a lifestyle change that has been ongoing for the last two years. I've lost 125 lbs. I prefer to avoid the new years resolutions. MadeFitTV helps me stay focused on sound nutrition and fitness all year long. Your tips give me the knowledge I need to make my body fit. Thank you Jennifer.
  • After buying a new Iphone I found Jenny while looking for inspiring podcasts. Since then every monday during my 2,5 hour trip, from home to school, I watch her podcast. She made me realize that you just have to begin and do something you will eventually get there but you have to make that first step. Slowly changing you attitude and behaviour. I hope that I will reach my goals just by surrounding myself with good advice of Jenny on facebook, twitter and her podcasts to keep the inspiration and the motivation flowing.

When I discovered MadeFit my motivation was low and I didn't want to get up and exercise. Since I started watching on Saturdays. It has given me motivation to keep going when I don't feel like it. I look forward to every Saturday afternoon to help me in my weight loss journey. MadeFit will lead me into the New Year with new goals to accomplish and motivation that I need to keep me going. Can't wait till the New Year to see what new things are in store.

    Jenny,
In the last few years I have looked into a million different weight loss programs; work out programs- I am sure you have heard the drill. The reality is that for someone who is (sadly) new to fitness and truly wants to change their ways, the fitness lingo just ended up confusing the hell out me. I came across Made Fit TV by accident (thankfully), and so far you have provided me the straight forward information that I was looking for in a fun way. You pre binge workout episode really helped me understand how and what to do. Now that I know what I am supposed to do, the one message that has helped me and I know will continue to help me conquer my new year’s resolution is “Be responsible”. The first time I heard this on your podcast I felt like it was my “DUH” moment. I now have this message on a sticky in my Bathroom, in my office and in my car. I still need frequent reminders, but for the first time in a long time I am looking forward to a New Year and setting goals that I am ready and able to keep.
I love the show. I feel positive and motivated. :)

Hi Jenny Thank you so much for these episodes!!! I believe these episodes will help me reach my New Years Goals in two ways: One, it will keep me motivated and they give me new ideas to try new workouts, workout tools, meal options, and it is fun new spin on health and well being. Two, it helps motivate me to be a better person and continue my studies to become a personal trainer and nutrition coach. I currently started to go back to school to become a personal trainer I want to work with people and help them be motivated to change their lives for the better. I think your program helps me understand how awesome this career path can be and will hopefully help me on my new career path for the NEW YEAR!!! Thank you for all your motivation!
  • Hi Jenny~
Love your program. You motivate me to try new exercises and recipes each week and will continue to do so in 2010. Thanks for keeping it real and keeping it current!
    Happy Holidays!

MadeFitTV is going to make my New Years resolution possible by continuing to teach me about health, fitness and nutrition. I have read about these subjects for years, but Jenny always seems to cover up all the areas that concern us and makes it so entertaining that it's easy to remember new things. MadeFitTV will be my motivation to get up and workout on the days that I feel like doing nothing and think twice before eating 3 slices of pizza. My goal for 2010, which is to be in the best shape of my life, will be made possible with Jenny's help. I am already so grateful to have found this website and look forward to meeting Jenny in person.
  • Made Fit TV helps me because I love simply and effective advice. I do not like to be confused about fitness. I enjoy upbeat and quality info, not ranting or over perky nonsense. You guys are the perfect addition to my life and my goals. Keep up the great work!!

I used to be part of a basketball team when I was younger and now I really want to start playing again for my high school team. The problem is that I am overweight and getting into the team is really competitive. I am committed to get fit and healthy for next year's senior team tryouts and I'm so lucky I have found your videos because my dad lost his job a few months ago and he is not able to buy me a gym membership so watching your videos gives me a chance to learn how to do all the different exercises and how to control my diet.
Thanks so much Jenny, with your videos I will be the fittest one in the tryouts!
