Happy 100th Episode! - Made Fit TV

Made Fit TV, Chris, and I are celebrating 100 episodes this week!  We are amazed by the support we have gotten over the past two years that we wanted to devote this episode to YOU as a thank you for all that you have done for us.

    I was a swimmer all throughout high school. We usually had three hours of practice on most days, so keeping in shape was never a problem. I decided to go to a large college, and while I was a pretty decent swimmer, I was far from the level of the swimmers at my school and I pretty much stopped swimming completely and got out of shape over the next couple years.

    I decided I wanted to get back in shape, and MadeFitTV is helping me to reach that goal. The weekly episodes cover such a broad range of important fitness topics. I especially like the episodes dealing with nutrition since I never really paid attention to what I ate before. I could eat whatever I wanted while swimming and not have to worry about gaining any weight, but found out that once I stopped swimming, pizza and wings in a dorm room can pack on a few pounds. The different workouts on MadeFitTV also help to keep exercise interesting.

    I love seeing what each new episode has to hold. Keep up the good work!
  • Isn't that funny how we never paid attention to how active we really were when we were younger? I think in those days no matter what we ate, the calories we burned from our activity level far surpassed what we were taking in with food! lol! It's just now we pay attention to it. I wish there was such thing as mandatory recess as adults, lol! Keep up the awesome work and I hope my videos continue to help you maintain your health and fitness : )
  • I love your vlog and the topics that you have each week. It is helping to get me into gear, moving more and eating healthier. I have 50 more lbs. to lose (I've lost 140 lbs already) and I hope that Made Fit TV will keep me motivated and provide healthy tips to reach my goal.

    Hi - and congratulations!
    Your vidcast helped me to put on some weight. I was underweight and had problems with apetite, but when I've started to exercise after a two-year break, I've finally started eating normally and feel good with my body. You keep me motivated to be tough an stick to my workout even if it seems to be too hot like today is in Poland. I might not be the strongest woman in the world, but for sure I'm really stubborn when I've got my goal and you keep reminding me that.

    Whoo hoo! 100th Episode. Give us 100 more!! We need more real ppl showing us real life experiences, not just some fitness models who get paid thousands of dollars to show their abs and make us feel like we dont fit into society because of a few extra pounds.

    More episodes Jenny! Sorry you had a bad day, hope Chris helped with the dishes ;). We need more "What's that sound?.....It means it's done!".

    What about music suggestions? I went to a few shoe stores and the employees had no idea helping me out with walking shoes. They ended up trying to convince me to buy skate shoes becuase they're more 'comfy and casual'. Maybe you can do an episode of the many type of footwear for the many types of physical activities.

    As far as what MadeFitTv has done for me, its opened my Arsenal to keeping the flow. Things aren't boring anymore. I was so used to the same magazine articles about abs and arms. But with this site, I get a wide Variety of points of attack. Plus the slogan "Fit Bodies Don't just Happen" is a philosophy that motivates me. haha usually, men are motivated by the slogans "Curls for Girls, Bench Press for a Bigger Chest". But they never have meaning. Thanks for putting meaning into my daily routine, Ive found myself being more active and looking for new workout routines. Jenn + Chris + MadeFitTv = Healthier Mind and Body.

    I love your vlog. I read lots and lots of fitness blogs but you are my favorite because you are very real and down to earth. I love how you show us exactly how to do the exercises. Watching your weekly show has helped me gain the confidence to go into the gym and know what to do. :) I'm no longer afraid of the weights!

    Congratulations on the 100 episodes. I found this web cast totally by accident. In the spring of 2009 I was 50lbs over weight and decided to lose it. I began looking for folks on Facebook who would keep me motivated. I was looking for the cable channel FitTV but found you instead! I am now a faithful follower of all thing “Jenny”. I love it! I reached my weight loss goal in august 2009 and have kept the weight off! I am completely in love with health and fitness and your vlogs have helped so much. Thanks and good luck in the future!

    It is fantastic! I watch this on my ipod and have shared them with so many people, I have lost 42lbs since December, I exercise 5 days a week and I am now addicted to fitness and I am so relieved that I KNOW I am doing it right!! You inspire me to keep on "making" my body lean and rocking!

    Thanks for 100 opportunities to get fit, Jenny & Chris. Appreciate the integrity and straightforward approach to fitness. It's true. "Fit bodies don't just happen, they're made..." That line reminds me time and time again that I can't wish for good health, I need to follow through to reach my goals. So, I finally joined a gym, got a personal trainer, and am building a solid health regime. On those lazy, "I don't want to do anything days," I click on Made Fit TV. Whether it's ham and asparagus, or weak knees, each show provides inspiration and resources sufficient to keep on track. Thanks so much!
