The human body can do extraordinary things when put to the challenge. We test our bodies everyday (or, we should be) whether we’re at the gym, on the track, or living our action-packed daily lives. If that doesn’t quench our thirst for challenge, we kick it up a notch with sports and extreme physical goals. One in particular, that is the extreme, is the sport of Powerlifting.
In this week’s episode of Made Fit TV, I join a fellow personal trainer and powerlifter, JJ Thomas of Detroit Barbell, as he shows me a raw look at the sport and what goes into the training.
