It’s inevitable that eventually gravity, diet, and age will begin to take their toll on our derrieres!  However, as long as you are taking care of your body NOW and continue to do so as you age, you can keep your butt as close to the shape it was in back in your hey day.

In addition to your lifestyle of a healthy cardio and eating plan, you want to perform the best moves that give you more bang for your butt… I mean, BUCK! In this week’s Made Fit TV episode, I show you three moves that you may not be doing now that can help push you out of your plateau and train your glutes in a way they’ve never been trained!  WARNING: You may need some assistance sitting down after this workout!

Hey, very nice workouts! Will these make my butt bigger? Because i kind of have a flat butt.
  • If your butt is naturally flat, this will help build up the muscle. Just be consistent and train hard and never give up and, also, accept your natural body type and love what you naturally have at the same time : )
  • Nice work out, I was feeling it in my lower back too. The single leg hamstring curl on the ball is very difficult, I couldn't make more than 5-6 reps without the ball sliping in the wrong direction. One way to make it easier is to bend the leg which is up in the air. Or for beginners to put the leg on the ground. Or to do a one legged bridge without the ball.
  • For beginners, they could do the hamstring curl with both legs or the floor bridge with one leg (although the bridge does not provide as much rang of motion as it would using the ball)
