If you are an avid weight trainer like I am, you are bound to experience this at least once in your life. I’m talking about shoulder pain!

Now, when I say “shoulder pain,” it can range from being dull and achy to a full blown stabbing feeling. Obviously, any pain you feel, you must get it checked out by a professional.

But if you are concerned that that dull pain you are feeling may just be from overuse, keep your shoulder joints strong to help prevent injuries from occurring with the movements in my videos above!

I have the same problem in my left shoulder. Thanks for the tip. I will try for next few days. I am 54 years old woman with the partial left knee replacement surgery done last two years ago. I am dealing with pain in my right knee. I will try your tips for the knee exercises as well.
